The Stars of Peace project aims to establish and equip a central facility and a network of integrated centers across Palestine to serve individuals with disabilities. These centers will provide comprehensive educational, therapeutic, and rehabilitation services designed to improve quality of life and promote the independence and personal development of people with special needs.

Each facility will include specialized spaces such as a recreational games hall, therapy centers (physical, speech, and occupational), a therapeutic pool, a vocational training center, a mental health clinic, as well as meeting rooms and essential public services. The goal is to create inclusive, well-equipped environments tailored to the specific needs of beneficiaries.

The project will be implemented in phases—covering planning, construction, facility preparation, and operation—guided by rigorous evaluation and monitoring mechanisms to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. Key performance indicators will include service coverage, beneficiary satisfaction, quality of care, and efficient resource utilization.

Stars of Peace is envisioned as a pioneering, first-of-its-kind initiative in Palestine, setting a national benchmark for disability inclusion and environmental sustainability. The project will incorporate green energy solutions and promote social empowerment by creating employment and training opportunities for people with disabilities. By fostering greater participation in economic, social, and environmental activities, Stars of Peace aims to become a model of innovation and social responsibility—laying the foundation for sustainable and inclusive development across the country.
